Due to the historic nature of the building and the fragility of its artifacts and memorabilia, Engine House 25 and The Clemente Museum no longer host wedding ceremonies or receptions.

Engine House 25 is an immaculately restored firehouse built in 1896. The facility houses the Roberto Clemente Museum, Engine House 25 Winery and the photo studio for Rieder Photography. It is a unique venue with the perfect combination of artistry and local history.

The maximum capacity for a seated event at Engine House 25 is 50 guests, or for a standing reception, the maximum is 100 guests.

BOOKING YOUR EVENT: To hold the date and book the event, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental amount. Event details, including a final attendee count, must be provided 14 days in advance. No refunds or edits can be made after this date. Once the deposit is received, the date will be held for your event. All events must end by 10:00 PM.

CAPACITY: The maximum capacity for a sit-down event at Engine House 25 is 50 guests. For a standing event, the maximum capacity is 100 guests.

CHILDREN: Due to the historical nature of the building and our on-site winery, our policy is not to allow children under the age of 18. Furthermore, Engine House 25 does not host children-related events including, but not limited to, birthday parties, Bat and Bar Mitzvahs, Holy Communions, high school proms, graduations, dances, etc.

ALCOHOL: We have an exclusive agreement with Engine House 25 Wines, and the pricing information is listed below. The cost of wine service is based on the total number of guests. No outside alcohol is allowed on the premises, but there is an option to provide local craft beer from Hitchhiker Brewing or 11th Hour Brewing. Liquor is not allowed in the building under any circumstances. 

CATERING: Our list of preferred caterers is provided below. You are welcome to select a preferred caterer and contact them directly regarding menu and budget. Please note that outside food is not allowed without approval and an additional $350 fee.

DECORATIONS: The Event Coordinator must approve any outside decorations in advance. Candles are permitted when in glass holders. Glitter, feathers, confetti, and rice are prohibited. 

SET UP AND CLEANING: Guests are permitted one hour prior to the event for set up and one hour after the event to complete clean up and load out. Set up times will be determined and coordinated by our Event Coordinator based on the Clemente Museum availability and other booked rentals and appointments. Additional charges may be assessed for early and/or special set-up requests.

Events held on holidays and holiday weekends (Friday-Sunday) are subject to a 10% surcharge. Engine House 25 holiday weekends include bank holidays and Valentine’s Day.

Engine House 25 is closed on the following days: New Year’s Day, Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. 

Please note: Bar service ends 30 minutes before the end of any event, and the 2nd floor closes one hour prior to the end time of any event.

*At this time Engine House 25 does not have elevator access between all three floors

Full Building Rental (3 Hours) - Under 100 guests or 50 seated guests

  • Weekday (Monday - Thursday) - $3,300.00

  • Weekend (Friday - Sunday) - $3,800.00

Full Building Rental (3 Hours) - Under 75 guests or 30 seated guests 

  • Weekday (Monday - Thursday) - $2,800.00

  • Weekend (Friday - Sunday) - $3,100.00

Wine Cellar Rental (3 Hours) - Under 40 guests standing or 20 seated guests 

  • Weekday (Monday - Thursday) - $1,200.00

  • Weekend (Friday - Sunday) - $1,500.00

The above costs are for the building rental fees for a 3-hour period.

An additional hour, or any portion thereof (4-hour maximum for any event), is an additional $500.

House Selection: $35 per person - Includes 1 red wine and 1 white wine

House Selection with local beer: $45 per person - Includes 1 red wine and 1 white wine and 2 selections of local craft beer

Premium Selection: $45 per person - Includes up to 4 red wines and 1 white wine in the wine cellar, and 1 red and 1 white on the main floor

Premium Selection with local beer: $55 per person - Includes up to 4 red wines and 1 white wine in the wine cellar and 2 selections of local craft beer

Bartender Fee (Includes 2 bartenders): $220 required fee 

For events with over 60 guests, $110 will be charged for an additional bartender.

Engine House 25 Wines partners with Hitchhiker Brewing Company and 11th Hour Brewing to provide local libations to complement our wine. Wholesale pricing and seasonal sections are based on availability and time of year.

Clemente Museum Tour - $21 per person

  • One of our tour guides can join your event to answer questions, provide tours, and share the history of the museum and building with your guests.

Tour by the Executive Director - $300

  • Our Executive Director can lead the tour of the museum for your event.

Speech by the Executive Director - $300

  • Fee for a 25-minute speech 

AV Equipment Rental - $100

  • This fee includes the wireless microphone, projector, and screen.

Chair Rental

  • White Padded Cocktail Chairs (Up to 50) - $50

Custom Wine Label - $250 per design

  • An in-house designer can create a custom wine label for your event.

Standard Label Printing

  • 12-50 - $3 per label

  • 51-100 - $2 per label

  • 101+ - $1 per label

Gift Wrapping/Gift Bag for Wine Bottles - $2.50 per bottle

  • Engine House 25 offers wrapping to finalize your gift.

Hanging Banners - $50

  • This fee encompasses any décor that requires a ladder and staff.

Black House Linens (Cleaning Included)

  • Full (10 - Cocktail and 4 - 8’ Tables) - $200

  • Half (5 - Cocktail and 2 - 8’ Tables) - $100

Holiday Weekend rental:

  • Holiday weekend rentals are subject to a 10% surcharge

Excessive Cleaning Charge: - $200

  • If more than usual cleaning is required to restore the rented location to pre-event conditions (for example: removal of boxes, floral arrangements, damage to building, etc…)

There is a licensing fee to be determined for any live musical performances. For more information, contact the Event Coordinator.
