Engine House 25 is an immaculately restored firehouse built in 1896. The facility houses the Roberto Clemente Museum, Engine House 25 Winery and the photo studio for Rieder Photography. It is a unique venue with the perfect combination of artistry and local history. 


The maximum capacity for a seated event at Engine House 25 is 80 guests, or for a standing reception, the maximum is 125 guests.

Children: Due to the museum collection and winery, no children under the age of 12 are allowed at events. Furthermore, no children related events, that includes, but is not limited to, birthday parties, Bat and Bar Mitzvahs, Holy Communions, High School Proms, Graduations and Dances, etc., are permitted. 

Alcohol: Engine House 25 Wines exclusively serves Engine House 25 Wines which are made in house using whole sourced grapes from all over the world (website link to EH25.com). Wine service is based on the total amount of guests. Beer can be served if provided by the customer,, however liquor is not allowed in the building under any circumstances.

Catering: Our exclusive catering list is provided below. You are welcome to select which you would prefer and contact them directly regarding menu and budget. 

Set Up and Clean Up: Guests are permitted one hour prior to the event for set up and one hour after the event to complete clean up and load out. Set up times will be determined and coordinated by our Event Director based upon the Clemente Museum availability and other booked rentals and appointments. Additional charges may be assessed for early and/or special set-up requests. 

Decorations: The Event Director must approve these in advance. Candles are permitted when in glass holders. Glitter, feathers, confetti and rice are prohibited

Booking your event: We are able to hold a date for you at no charge for two weeks. If you need more time to make a decision, please contact our office and arrangements can be made. To continue to hold the date and book the event, we do require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental amount.

All events must end by 10:00pm.

*At this time Engine House 25 does not have elevator access between all three floors

  • Weekday (Monday - Thursday) - $3,300.00

  • Weekday (Friday - Sunday) - $3,800.00

 3 Hour Rental for under 100 Guests 

  • Weekday (Monday - Thursday) - $2,800.00

  • Weekday (Friday - Sunday) - $3,100.00

Additional Hour (4 hour max) - $1,000.00

Premium Selection: - $35 per person

Includes multiple red wines and one (1) White wine on main floor and Wine Sampling in Wine Cellar

Bartender Fee - $200

Includes two (2) bartenders

*For events with over 100 guests, an additional $100 will be charged for additional bartenders.

  • Valet service is highly recommended for groups of 80 and over. Pricing will vary based upon group size. A quote will be provided upon request

  • Includes design, formatting and printing of up to 100 labels

Gift Wrapping/Gift Bag for wine bottles - $2.50 per bottle

Shipping of wine bottles

  • Pricing depends on how many bottles and shipment location

Holiday weekend rental:

  • Holiday weekend rentals are subject to a 25% surcharge

Hanging Banners - $50.00

  • Or other items requiring a ladder and staff

Excessive Cleaning Charge: - $200.00

  • If more than usual cleaning is required to restore the rented location to pre-event conditions (for example: removal of boxes, floral arrangements, damage to building, etc…)
