Engine House 25 is an immaculately restored firehouse built in 1896. The facility houses the Roberto Clemente Museum, Engine House 25 Winery and the photo studio for Rieder Photography. It is a unique venue with the perfect combination of artistry and local history. 


The maximum capacity for a seated event at Engine House 25 is 75 guests, or for a standing reception, the maximum is 100 guests.

BOOKING YOUR EVENT: To hold the date and book the event, we do require a signed contract and non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental amount. Once the deposit is received, the date will be held for your event. All events must end by 10:00 PM.

CAPACITY: The maximum capacity for a sit-down event at Engine House 25 is 75 guests. For a standing event, the maximum capacity is 100 guests.

CHILDREN: Due to the historical nature of the building and our on-site winery, our policy is not to allow children under the age of 18. Furthermore, Engine House 25 does not host children-related events including, but not limited to, birthday parties, Bat and Bar Mitzvahs, Holy Communions, high school proms, graduations, dances, etc.

ALCOHOL: We have an exclusive agreement with Engine House 25 Wines, and the pricing information is attached on page 5 and 6. The cost of wine service is based on the total number of guests. No outside wine, beer, or cider is allowed on the premises, but there is the option of serving 11th Hour Brewing Co., Iron City, or Arsenal from our tap system. Liquor is not allowed in the building under any circumstances. 

CATERING: Our list of preferred caterers is provided for you on page 8. You are welcome to select a preferred caterer and contact them directly regarding menu and budget.

DECORATIONS: The Event Coordinator must approve any outside decorations in advance. Candles are permitted when in glass holders. Glitter, feathers, confetti, and rice are prohibited. 

SET UP AND CLEANING: Guests are permitted one hour prior to the event for set up and one hour after the event to complete clean up and load out. Set up times will be determined and coordinated by our Event Coordinator based upon the Clemente Museum availability and other booked rentals and appointments. Additional charges may be assessed for early and/or special set-up requests.

Events held on holidays and holiday weekends (Friday-Sunday) are subject to a 10% surcharge. Engine House 25 holiday weekends include bank holidays and Valentine’s Day.

Engine House 25 is closed on the following days: New Year’s Day, Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

*At this time Engine House 25 does not have elevator access between all three floors

Parking for up to 24 cars (valet service is available upon request and at an additional cost)

  • Weekday (Monday - Thursday) - $3,300.00

  • Weekday (Friday - Sunday) - $3,800.00

  • Weekday (Friday - Sunday) - $3,100.00

Wine Cellar Rental (3 Hours) - 40 guests standing or 20 guests seated 

  • Weekday (Monday - Thursday) - $1,200.00

  • Weekday (Friday - Sunday) - $1,500.00

The above costs are for the building rental fees for a 3-hour period.

An additional hour, or any portion thereof (4-hour maximum for any event), is an additional $500.

House Selection: $20 per person - Includes 1 red wine and 1 white wine

House Selection with local beer and cider: $35 per person - Includes 1 red wine and 1 white wine and 2 selections of the beers or ciders on tap

Premium Selection: $45 per person - Includes up to 4 red wines and 1 white wine in the wine cellar, and 1 red and 1 white on the main floor

Premium Selection with local beer and cider: $60 per person - Includes up to 4 red wines and 1 white wine in the wine cellar, and 1 red and 1 white and 2 selections of the beers or ciders on tap on the main floor

Bartender Fee (Includes 2 bartenders): $200 required fee 

For events with over 80 guests, $100 will be charged for an additional bartender.

Selection of Beer And/Or Cider: If you prefer a specific beer or cider is served rather than serving what is on tap, you can select from the offerings of 11th Hour Brewing Co., Arsenal Cider, or Iron City for the price of the keg and a fee of $40.

Wine service is based upon the total amount of guests attending.

Clemente Museum Tour Guide - $100

  • One of our tour guides can join your event to answer questions, provide tours, and share the history of the museum and building with your guests.

Tour by the Executive Director - $500

  • Our Executive Director can lead the tour of the museum for your event.

Speech by the Executive Director of the Clemente Museum - $300

  • Fee for a 20-minute speech 

AV Equipment Rental - $100

  • This fee includes the projector and screen.

Valet Service - Pricing varies. Please inquire for additional information.

  • Valet service is recommended for groups of 80 guests and over. A quote will be provided upon request.

Chair Rental

  • White Padded Cocktail Chairs (Up to 50) - $50

  • Chiavari Chairs (Up to 35) - $50

Custom Wine Label - $250 per design

  • An in-house designer can create a custom wine label for your event.

Standard Label Printing

  • 12-50 $3 per label

  • 51-100 $2 per label

  • 101+ $1 per label

Gift Wrapping/Gift Bag for Wine Bottles - $2.50 per bottle

  • Engine House 25 offers wrapping to finalize your gift.

Shipping of Wine Bottles - Pricing varies. Please inquire for additional information.

  • Engine House 25 offers shipping for our wine and merchandise.

Hanging Banners - $50

  • This fee encompasses any décor that requires a ladder and staff.

Black House Linens (Cleaning Included)

  • Full (10 - Cocktail and 4 - 8’ Tables) - $150

  • Half (5 - Cocktail and 2 - 8’ Tables) - $75

Holiday weekend rental:

  • Holiday weekend rentals are subject to a 10% surcharge

Excessive Cleaning Charge: - $200.00

  • If more than usual cleaning is required to restore the rented location to pre-event conditions (for example: removal of boxes, floral arrangements, damage to building, etc…)
